The Knotty Ones is looking for an awesome individual to work on our growth marketing, focusing on customer acquisition and growth opportunities. You'll develop new creative strategies and execute campaigns with the aim to acquire and keep new and high-quality customers.
Our ideal candidate is highly creative, but also incredibly analytical. You enjoy looking at numbers with new perspectives, asking why and running tests to determine the answer to that question. You'll have a strong interest in optimization, testing and finding the best way to do everything.
You should be super excited about the following:
- Analytics underlying decision making
- Building a user acquisition funnel
- Constantly coming up with new ideas on how best to grow and acquire customers
- Online marketing tactics (SEO, SEM, Email), Web Analytics, Google Analytics, and Social Media.
- Knowledge of the digital ecosystem & how eCommerce, web, mobile, social, search and channels work together to optimize behavior and acquisition
- Optimizing and testing paths with the goal of increasing sales, profit & conversion
- Developing new features, programs and services for online stores
- Identifying, building, and managing relationships with external channel agencies and other partners (SEM, Google ads, SEO, Affiliate, others)
