Recycled wool

Hand-finished

A playful take on the traditional beanie with added ears to keep you extra snug during the Baltic winters, this is a hat small enough to throw in your bag and thick enough to keep you warm all season long. Be prepared for ultimate coziness on a 24/7 basis. Better yet, its recycled yarn uses 98% less water than 'new' wool requires.

What's better than a sustainably sourced knit? A sustainably sourced knit that climate neutral certified. Which means that not only is all of our packaging sustainable, but we also work with non-profits to offset our shipping carbon footprint. We want to make sure you love our pieces as much as we do, so we introduced free exchanges. If for some reason you'd like to return a piece altogether, we'll always accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered knits with original tags attached. Head to our FAQ for more details.

  • SUSTAINABILITY

For this knit, we use 100% recycled wool yarn made from reclaimed garments from the USA. It uses 98% less water and 76% less energy than virgin or new yarns. How cool is that?

We don't believe in deadstock. Just like the rest of our assortment, the knit is produced in small batches at our female-lead, family-run partner factory in Šiauliai, Lithuania. You'll get a card with your order telling you exactly who knitted your garment and a little about them.

Made at Daiva's factory in Šiauliai

Daiva's owned her knitting factory in Šiauliai with her husband, Redas, for 25 years now. Right now Daiva employs over 15 women in rural Lithuania, including her own two daughters, Armina and Gabija. Even though she's in charge of the knitting factory, she still likes to get involved with the knitting herself. What a boss! There's a chance this wonder woman carefully crafted your knit, too.
