We'll happily accept unworn, unwashed and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition with original tags attached for a full refund shipped out within 5 business day of you receiving the item.
Kind reminder: we recommend processing exchanges/returns through us, as all return shipping costs, including import fees, remain the customer's duty. However, we'll cover the shipping cost for sending your new piece to you for free!
If you’d prefer to receive store credit instead of a refund, just mention it in your email, and we’ll be happy to accommodate that.
